The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, WWW.FRAGYARD.COM, you will receive an email from us to confirm once the order has been placed. This mail will contain the order number #, product details, prices and delivery details.

In case of missing / incomplete information our customer service team member will contact you to complete the information. To avoid any delay please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order.

When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Monday to Saturday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government.

Payments

Standard Shipping cost is 15 AED (VAT inclusive).

The above shipping rate applies to all Emirates are deliverable areas excluding Fujairah and excluding and outside city limits.

The shipping rate for Fujairah and outside city limits are 25 AED (VAT Inclusive)
